We admit it! We're Cruise Junkies!
Growing up in the Southwest we grew up dreaming of traveling to far away and exotic places, picturing lush vegetation, blue water, and wondrous sights. We took our first cruise 25 years ago thinking that the ship would be a mode of transportation to take us to our dream destinations. After the first night onboard, we were addicted! Never expecting the incredible service, the non-stop entertainment activities, or just the joy of the motion of the shp moving through the water, we were addicted! The only cure is....our next cruise! We don't care where it's going-just get us on the ship!
In 1998 Janice made a career change and the opportunity to sail a different direction came in the form of CruiseOne. Since customer relationships and excellent service are hallmarks of CruiseOne, we decided this was the business for us.
Our first cruises were booked pre-internet through a traditonal travel agency. We were handed a brochure and told to selct our itinerary and book "ASAP", advised that we would need a birth certificate to cruise-and that was it. The agent had no knowledge of the ship or the ports or of cruising at all! We had lots of surprises on the first cruise, but in spite of that we had a cruise experience that left us wanting more and more.
We want you to have the benefit of all the cruising we have done and the ongoing and continuous training that we do with CruiseOne. It is our fervent desire to make your cruise experience the best memory you will ever have, and we believe we can help you accomplish that by providing you with all the information and planning tools available to us.
